Shivapuri Village is a destination village resort in Nepal which is 25 km from the capital; Kathmandu. Even though villages found in Nepal. Shivapuri Village is maintained in a true spirit of Nepalese village experiencebeing so close; yet it provides a visitor a glimpse of the remoteness and the grandeur of the and hospitality and lies in the buffer zone of the Shivapuri National Park, which is one of the few National Parks situated in any capital around the globe.

Shivapuri Village offers various activities to keep oneself busy during the stay be it in the form of Nature Treks and Hikes, Ethnic Village Tours, Bird Watching, Photography or just a simple relaxing leisure. Since Shivapuri Village is located beyond the Shivapuri National Park and as one has to cross the Park entrance before arriving at Shivapuri Village, it is often advised to stay overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 01: Drive to Sundarijal, hike to Chisapani (2150m.), 4/5hrs.

We will pick up you from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to Sundarijal (approx. 1hrs drive). Hiking start from Sundarijal, first few hours we climb steeply up following the huge water pipe. On the way can see the water falls, passing through the Shivapuri National park so can see wild animals. We have short break for lunch on the way and continues walk to Chisapani (2150m.), Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02: Chisapani - Shivapuri ( 2,732 m.) - Kathmandu

Early in the morning after breakfast, we explore the places around Chisapani and enjoy the panoramic views of mountains around. Then we make our way down the trail through the other less marked side of Shivapuri national park and small villages and reach Budanilkantha. From Budhanilkantha, drive back to Kathmandu.

Note: If you need hotel accommodation in Kathmandu or any extra tours, we will arrange as per your needs.
